They want to show  up their character and personality in their society , for this the young generation taking so much efforts. But the young generation are more attracted to the gym instead of doing exercise in open air ,somewhere on the groud or kind of stuff, thats more benefitial i think so !.
                                    For better health and fitness exercise and diet both are very important. Many of you will think now which exercise will be the best? What to do? Due to this confusion some will joint gym others go for yoga classes . Without spending single peny very simple and popular exercise is jogging .
                                     Jogging helps to burnout fast on our body, also it maintains the energy for day.Jogging is not only neccesary for good health but it also helps to burn unneccesary fast store in body.Due to jogging we feel fresh and fit all day which will increase our confidence.It also helps to improve our imunity system.
