1.Exercise:
                    If you do exercise at least 3 times in a week still your angryness will decrease .(not completely ,but it will help)  .When you feel you are going loose your temper ,in such a situations you can do exercise to avoid all this.Now exercise means you can just take a walk for a miniute or if you are young you can also do workout.


2.Gardning:
                     Now you will say by doing all this stuff my hands and cloths get dirty and all, but by doing this the rate of a special hormone coming from brain increases .Due to this angryness is decreases or avoided.

3.Meditetion:
                       Due to meditetion you focous on breathing results, anger is in controll.Now lots of people thinks to do meditetion we have to wake up early but this is nonsense .you can do meditetion whenever you want.you can do this in mid night also.so meditetion is also an option for controlling anger.

4.Yoga:
             Yoga bis a part of meditetion .the steps or postures of yoga helps to strech the muscels of body,due to this the rate of heartbeat and blood pressure remains in controll and reduces anger or tempor.

5.Good Sleep:
                        Before going to bed do not watch TV or work on computer due to all this you will not complete your sleep and results in anger issues . Daily exercise routine herlps to get good sleep.about 7 to 9 hrs sleep is nessecery for a person.
